1. What Pathway Apex is

Pathway Apex is a 12-week lifestyle coaching programme designed to improve metabolic health through evidence-based interventions across five domains: sleep architecture, nervous system regulation, nutrition, movement, and supplementation.

The programme operates as a lifestyle and performance optimisation service. It is not a medical practice, does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment, and does not replace the advice of a qualified physician.

2. The free assessment

The metabolic age assessment available on this website is a lifestyle screening tool. It generates an estimated metabolic age based on validated lifestyle questionnaires. This estimate:

• Is a prediction, not a clinical measurement
• Carries an accuracy range of approximately ±4–7 years in Mode B (lifestyle inputs only)
• Is not a diagnosis of any medical condition
• Is not a substitute for blood work or physician evaluation

By completing the assessment, you consent to receiving your report via WhatsApp and to being contacted by Pathway Apex regarding the programme.

3. The programme guarantee

The performance guarantee — its specific targets, conditions, and continuation mechanism — is set out in the individual client agreement signed at enrolment. That agreement governs in all guarantee-related matters.

4. Not medical advice

Nothing on this website, in your assessment report, in coaching communications, or in any programme materials constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Pathway Apex coaches are not physicians, nurses, or registered healthcare professionals in the context of this programme.

Before making any changes to your diet, exercise routine, or supplement regimen — particularly if you have an existing health condition or take prescription medication — consult your physician.

5. Client responsibilities

By enrolling in the programme, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information during the assessment and intake process
• Disclose any medical conditions or medications relevant to your metabolic health
• Engage with the protocol in good faith for the full 12-week duration
• Obtain your blood panels under the standardised conditions specified at onboarding
• Consult your physician before starting if you have any pre-existing health conditions

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including the assessment methodology, protocol frameworks, report design, and written content — is the intellectual property of Pathway Apex. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of it without written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

Pathway Apex's total liability to you in connection with the programme shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the programme. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from your use of the assessment, the report, or the programme.

We make no guarantee that the programme will produce specific health outcomes beyond those described in Section 3. Individual results will vary.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects when they were last updated. Continued use of the website or programme after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
