1. Who we are

Pathway Apex is a lifestyle and metabolic performance coaching programme operated by Amir Vakili. References to "we", "us", or "our" in this policy refer to Pathway Apex. For data enquiries, email us at support@pathwayconsulting.io.

2. What data we collect

When you complete the free metabolic assessment, we collect:

• Your name and WhatsApp number (entered voluntarily)
• Your assessment answers — age, sex, sleep patterns, stress level, exercise frequency, alcohol intake, waist circumference, cognitive function rating, income bracket, and professional role
• The calculated outputs from your assessment — estimated metabolic age, MLI score, metabolic state, and operating capacity
• Whether you are currently taking blood sugar or diabetes medication (used only to determine appropriate programme routing)

We do not collect your email address unless you provide it voluntarily. We do not collect payment information through this site.

3. How we use your data

Your data is used solely for the following purposes:

• To generate your personalised metabolic assessment report and deliver it via WhatsApp
• To contact you regarding your assessment results and the Pathway Apex programme
• To understand the aggregate profile of people using the assessment (anonymised, never individually identifiable)
• To improve the accuracy of the metabolic estimation methodology over time

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to the above.

4. How we store and protect your data

Your assessment responses are transmitted securely via HTTPS and stored in our programme management system (Make/Integromat). We do not store your data on public servers. Access is limited to Amir Vakili and any direct coaching staff.

Your generated report is delivered via a unique URL. That URL contains an encoded version of your assessment data. We recommend not sharing your report URL with others if you prefer your data to remain private.

5. Health data

Some of the information you provide — sleep patterns, stress levels, waist circumference, and medication status — may be considered health-related data. We collect this information only because it is necessary to generate your metabolic assessment. We treat this information with particular care and do not share it with any third parties.

This assessment is not a medical tool and we are not a healthcare provider. Your data is processed for lifestyle coaching purposes only.

6. Third parties

Your assessment data is processed through the following services:

• Netlify — hosts this website and processes the assessment calculation
• Make (Integromat) — receives your assessment results for routing and delivery
• WhatsApp (Meta) — used to deliver your report and for subsequent communication

Each of these services operates under their own privacy policies and data processing agreements. We do not share your data with any other third parties.

7. Your rights

You have the right to:

• Request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Request correction of any inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent for us to contact you at any time

8. Cookies

This site does not use tracking cookies. No third-party analytics or advertising pixels are present.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects when it was last updated. Continued use of the assessment after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
